Performance advantages

High transparency: It has good transparency in the entire spectral range from ultraviolet to infrared, with a visible light transmittance of over 93%, especially in the ultraviolet spectral region, where the maximum transmittance can reach over 80%, meeting the high requirements for transparency in the optical field.

Low bubble content: With fewer internal bubbles and a dense structure, it can reduce light scattering and improve optical performance and material uniformity in applications.

Low thermal expansion coefficient: The thermal expansion coefficient is extremely small and can withstand drastic temperature changes. Quartz glass can be heated to around 1100 ℃ and placed in room temperature water without exploding. It can maintain stable size and shape in high temperature environments or scenarios with frequent temperature changes.

High thermal shock resistance: It can withstand rapid temperature changes without damage, ensuring reliability under thermal shock conditions, and is suitable for processes that require rapid heating or cooling.

Good processing performance: It is easy to perform cutting, grinding, polishing, welding and other processing operations, and can be processed into various shapes and sizes of quartz products to meet the needs of different application fields.
