Gas refining process: It is a common method that usually uses natural crystal powder or highly purified silica powder with a particle size of 100 mesh to 200 mesh as raw material, which is sent to a hydrogen oxygen burner and sprayed onto a quartz glass target holder. The latter is placed in an insulated furnace with two openings at both ends, rotating at a uniform speed and descending (vertical) or retreating (horizontal), so that the target surface and burner are always at a constant distance and always in the highest temperature zone. The powder continuously melts into a glass state, and under the action of an appropriate temperature field from high to low in the furnace, the melted glass leaves the temperature zone and gradually cools down into a columnar solid glass mass.

Electric melting method: using electrical energy to generate high temperature to melt quartz raw materials, producing high-quality quartz weights that can be used to manufacture large quartz glass containers and other products.
